Newbury Racecourse in Berkshire
offers some of the best horse racing both on the flat and over jumps. It is home
to the Hennessy Cognac Gold Cup and the Juddmonte Lockinge , Ladies Day in
August and a summer season of top-class racing, including three evening
meetings.

BOXES
A private box is the ultimate way to entertain your clients, colleagues,
associates, friends or family. Your guests will always remember this special
occasion.
All our boxes have tremendous views of the race track, each with a balcony
overlooking the course. Every private box is fully serviced with: lifts,
cloakrooms & Tote betting facilities. They are self-contained with a bar, TV’s,
CCTV and PA system. They seat a minimum of 16 guests comfortably, but can be
extended to cater for larger parties up to 100.
Each private box provides the racegoer comfort and luxury with a breathtaking
view of all the action at Newbury Racecourse.
Socialising and entertaining is rarely more appreciated - or productive – than
at race meetings.
PRE-PARADE RING PAVILIONS
The Pre - Parade Ring Pavilions at Newbury Racecourse are exceptionally stylish
and atmospheric and each one has its own garden area. Your guests are in the
centre of the action and can watch the horses being prepared for their race. The
Pavilions can be taken as individual units seating 40 guests or opened to one
large area seating 220 guests in style.
MARQUEES
If your party numbers exceed our facilities, we can provide purpose-built
marquees to your own unique specifications. The location of the marquee can
overlook the Winning Post or the Parade Ring. As the marquees are tailor-made
for each client, prices are available on application
THE HENNESSY RESTAURANT
The new Hennessy Restaurant on the second floor of the Hampshire Stand offers
unrivalled panoramic views of the final furlong and winning post. This has been
achieved by the installation of special architectural glazing enclosing the
terraced viewing areas, where smaller tables for 4 and 2 have been located.
This 350 seater facility is set to challenge the status quo of racing and put
the experience of going to the races at Newbury into another realm.
With a design interior akin to a top London restaurant, every detail has had the
upmost attention paid to it ensuring a most memorable day.

situated within the Grandstand which was opened in November 2000 by Miss Zara
Phillips. This fabulous state-of-the-art building that was designed by Lord
Foster benefits from views across the racetrack from both the 1st floor bar area
and 2nd floor Restaurant.
The Racegoers Restaurant is available on all racedays and operates an advance
booking system.
