One of the East Midlands’ biggest sporting events of the year the Red Letter Days Open (formerly known as The 10tele.com Open) will be having its twelfth birthday on the superb grass courts of the City of Nottingham Tennis Centre, Nottingham, this coming June.

Staged by the Lawn Tennis Association the event is one of only 5 men’s ATP grass court tennis tournaments staged across the globe. Offering a total of €302,000 in prize money, the event gives you the opportunity to experience live tennis from some of the world’s greatest
athletes. Players who entertained the crowds last year included Richard Gasquet (FRA), Thomas Johansson (SWE), Ivan Ljubicic (CRO), Dominik Hrbaty (SVK), and Robby Ginepri (USA) all of whom finished the year in the world’s top twenty, as well as many other well known stars such as Paradorn Srichaphan (THA), Taylor Dent (USA), and Gael Monfils (FRA).

The message from the players is that Nottingham has a unique, relaxed atmosphere, with some of the best grass courts in the world, making it a firm favourite on the international calendar.
