A day out at Newmarket races is special and unique - this is the true home of the sport of kings and there are two racecourses to choose from depending on the timing of your visit.

The Natwest Rowley Mile course is the grand stage - host to some of the best racing in the world during the spring and autumn months, whilst the July Course is a heart stirring place of pure English countryside, garden party atmosphere and top entertainment at the height of summer. 

Corporate Hospitality Options at Newmarket Racecourses

• EXECUTIVE BOXES - on the top level of the Millennium grandstand for up to 12 to 40 guests.
• HOSPITALITY MARQUEES - alongside the race track adjacent to the winning post for 4 to 400 guests.
• RESTAURANTS - the Champions' Gallery and the new Summer House Restaurants accommodate 2 to 12 guests.

Millennium Grandstand Hospitality Boxes

Parties of 12 - 40 guests

The hospitality boxes are located on the top level of the Millennium Grandstand and offer the most stunning view of the course and racing.  The boxes can comfortably accommodate between 12 and 40 people for formal or buffet style dining.  VIP or Premier package options are available.

The Millennium Boxes are superb, fully-equipped private hospitality suites designed for luxurious entertaining.  The ambience is modern elegance and sophistication and the race viewing from the spacious balcony is second to none.

The hospitality boxes are also available for hire for on the morning of your raceday for a pre-racing business meeting.

MARQUEE PACKAGES
Located beside the finishing straight leading up to the winning post, the hospitality marquees are right at the heart of the racing action. Each marquee has its own patio area with raised viewing frontage offering fantastic views of the racing. Marquees are finished to an exceptionally high standard with silk liking, carpeted wooden floors, elegant furnishings and stylish floral decorations. There are 3 hospitality packages options available in the marquee enclosure: VIP, Premier and Classic.

A minimum of 20 guests are required for your own private marquee, but smaller groups can be accommodated in a shared marquee and entertained with the Premier Hospitality Package which includes a champagne reception and wines with your meal.

The marquees are located with excellent views of the racing and can be divided to create private entertaining spaces for a wide range of party sizes. Excellent cuisine is served in stylish surroundings.

Hospitality marquee facilities are available from the Guineas Meeting on Saturday 5th May until the Champions’ Meeting on Saturday 20th October.
 

RESTAURANTS
Located on the third floor of the NatWest Rowley Mile's Millennium Grandstand the stunning tiered Champions' Gallery offers panoramic views of the racing from the comfort of your dining table. The tables accommodate party sizes of 2-10 in a stylish and modern setting. Each table has its own television and a betting service is provided at your table, so that you can enjoy all the racing action without having to leave your seat.

The Summer House Restaurant is the stylish new restaurant within the main grandstand at the heart of the July Course's Premier Enclosure. Although not offering race viewing it has a stunning air conditioned conservatory and is located a short walk from the viewing stands and the Winners' Enclosure. The Summer House Restaurant offers superb dining for parties of up to 12, in a central and unique location.

Please note that there is a maximum booking of 12 people in both the Champions' Gallery and Summer House Restaurants. We are able to accommodate parties of larger than 12 in our Marquee and Executive Box hospitality facilities

Newmarket Nights

For an evening out with a difference choose the famous Newmarket Nights. Offering an irresistible cocktail of adrenaline-filled racing action, a flutter on the horses, a glass of iced cold beer, Champagne or Pimms and an open air concert by a well known band or artiste, these evenings really are a must for a great night out with friends, family, clients or colleagues. The racing gets underway early evening and concludes as night falls, immediately followed by the post racing, open-air concert.

The bars remain open until the conclusion of the concert.
