Whether you have
experienced the fun and excitement of a raceday before or you're a newcomer to
it all, our hospitality packages are designed to allow you to entertain in the
style you want. You will be hosted in one of our premier hospitality suites with
views that overlook probably the best viewing racecourse in the country.
You arrive two hours before the first race and after your meal you can walk down
to the parade ring to select your horse up close. Then you can follow the horses
down to rails to cheer home your selection as the runners thunder past. With a
bit of luck, you'll be walking up to the Winner's Enclosure to see your horse
pick up the winning trophy. Alternatively, of course, you have the option to
enjoy all the action from the comfort of your table. We have detailed below an
outline itinerary to help you plan your day.

shirts and trainers are not permitted. Bare tops are not allowed.
BBQ PACKAGES
Available throughout the summer (April to September) our marquee packages are
designed to offer a more informal setting for your staff party or corporate
event. With private decked area overlooking the Pre-Parade Ring and the Winner’s
Enclosure, we can accommodate 40 to 300 guests privately. A perfect way to enjoy
this summer’s racing.

TINGLE CREEK
RESTAURANT PACKAGE
The Tingle Creek Restaurant package offers an a la carte selection in a
restaurant that overlooks the finishing line and has panoramic views of the
racecourse which is ever popular with the Owners & Trainers. All our guests have
are guaranteed a private table to enjoy a truly memorable occasion with an
exceptional meal.
You can arrive up to two hours before the first race, and we can serve your meal
anytime up to the start of the racing. Our team will show you to your table on
arrival and your waiter/waitress will take you orders. There is even a Tote
courier service to take your bets at your table and a full bar in the
restaurant.
Located on the second floor of the Grandstand, the Tingle Creek Restaurant is
the perfect place to enjoy a special day at the races.

ECLIPSE PAVILION BOXES:
The Eclipse Pavilion Boxes are well equipped, spacious and bright making the
perfect environment for entertaining, whether corporate or personal. Each box
has its own private balcony overlooking one of the UK's best viewing courses,
which races throughout the year.

GRANDSTAND BOXES
The regular clients in the Grandstand Boxes help make the atmosphere friendly
and relaxed, and as a result they are much sought after for their size and
positioning, located immediately above the Grandstand 'steppings' where punters
roar home their horses. The boxes are also close to the main entrance as well as
the Parade Ring and there is a lift to get you and your guests to and from your
box on the second floor.

IMPERIAL BOXES
The regular clients in the Imperial Boxes help make the atmosphere friendly and
relaxed. As a result the Imperial Boxes are much sought after for their size and
their positioning right on the finishing line. The boxes are close to the
Member’s Restaurant and there is a bar immediately outside the boxes together
with a tote betting desk.

THE ROYAL BOX
The Royal Box is usually the reserve of the race day committee and other
dignitaries, however for a limited number of fixtures we have the opportunity to
allow clients to hire this magnificent facility. The Royal Box has its own
exclusive entrance with private lift access close to your guests car parking and
is located on the finishing line with a spectacular view of the racing action.
